Eli has extensive experience in international tax for both inbound and outbound taxation. His compliance and consulting projects have included income tax provision work, state income tax compliance projects and tax restructurings across a wide variety of industries, such as manufacturing, mining, professional services and real estate.
He has also spent a large part of his career servicing individuals and family groups with important exposure to individual income tax issues, the use of estate tax planning techniques, family office setups, private foundations, FLPs and different types of compliance projects related to privately held operating businesses located both in the U.S. and abroad.

I got hooked on tax work from the very start of my career. I like the interaction with clients and solving complex tax problems.
